  8.              IsClock: A utility program designed to assist in developing
  9.         batch files that can easily test for date and time conditions by
  10.         checking the system clock.  IsClock communicates with your batch
  11.         files by  returning a DOS  ERRORLEVEL  function  to indicate the
  12.         status of a given time-based question.

  14.              Since  we  realize that IsClock will only appeal to  a  very
  15.         specialized  portion of the market, we have chosen to  distribute
  16.         this  program as Shareware.  This shareware  release does require
  17.         that you acknowledge an invitation to  register  screen each time
  18.         the program is executed.
